Cities with asterisk indicate cities which used to have a congregation of the Church, but does not anymore. These cities often times have missionaries visit them and sometimes have missionaries assigned to them.

Reus is part of the Tarragona Ward of the Hospitalet Stake. The ward currently has four full-time missionaries serving in the ward and they work regularly in Reus (about 20 minutes from Tarragona).
Manresa is part of the Terrassa Ward of the Hospitalet Stake. The missionaries also work in this city regularly (the ward encompasses several cities, of which Terrassa and Manresa are the largest).
Thanks for the info. Good to hear missionaries work in these lesser-reached cities. These cities are listed because there is no separate LDS congregation operating in them.
Might want to add an asterisk next to Reus. It was a separate branch years ago, which is why there are currently so many members of the Tarragona ward who live there. Believe me, I went to Reus a lot. :)
