Here is a list of the 10 largest cities in Finland without a branch or missionaries along with the number of inhabitants. Asterisks indicate cities which used to have congregations in them, but not anymore. Oftentimes these cities are visited frequently by missionary or have missionary assigned to them periodically.

Porvoo needs an asterisk. I do not know when it was formed or dissolved, but my cousin served in the branch there in 1977. The branch met in a Bingo hall in the city center whose address is no longer known and the missionaries resided at Hansatie 2 B 31.
