I think you should look up Vaughn, Ontario, it's bigger than any of those cities and it doesn't have a ward.

I did not include Vaughn in the list because it is about 10 miles away from several meetinghouses in the area. I used a buffer of 10 miles in developed countries for this list and a buffer of 5 miles in countries that are developing or not developed. Thank you for your input. Suffice it to say that there is not a very big Church presence in this area of Ontario.
